Well the weather in Texas is milder but not what you would consider fall weather yet. I'm ready to start making delicious warm comfort food but it's just too hot right now. Here's what I have planned for my menu this week:
Monday - Oven BBQ Chicken, Corn on the Cob (from my freezer), Black-Eyed Peas, Cornbread, Too Much Chocolate Cake
Tuesday - Chicken Fettucini Alfredo, Salad, Left Over Cake
Wednesday - Tacos, Mexican Rice, Black Beans, Vanilla Ice Cream with Fruit
Thursday - Almond Crusted Chicken with Scallion Rice, Green Beans, Homemade Bread, Coconut Cream Pie
Friday - Crock Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs, Tossed Salad, Left Over Bread, Left Over Pie
Saturday - FFY or Leftovers
Sunday - Hamburgers, Chips, Apple Crumble
